Initial Site Prep:
Excavation, grading, compaction, footing prep for fence posts, lights, basketball hoop, and net posts.
Advanced Site Prep:
5” of roadbase, compaction, concrete forms, vapor barrier, steel post tension cables running both ways every ~3 feet with additional rebar reinforcing around perimeter.
Concrete:
Pour concrete with a 1% slope for water runoff.
Post Tensioning:
Reinforcing the concrete with high-strength steel cables, which are tensioned two different times the week after the concrete has been poured.
Accessories:
Install fencing, light poles, basketball hoop, etc.
